Susan Batson
Producer
Susan Batson has worn many hats in her career: actress, writer, director, teacher, coach and producer. She has been publicly thanked by Tom Cruise for her contributions to his role in “MAGNOLIA” and Nicole Kidman for her role in “MOULIN ROUGE” and her Oscar award winning performance in “THE HOURS.”
Ms. Batson was also creative consultant for many of Spike Lee’s films. She has had the good fortune to work with the likes of Juliette Binoche, Jennifer Connelly, Sean Combs, Lauren Hill, Jennifer Lopez, Madonna and Liv Tyler.
As an actress, Ms Batson is the recipient of a New York and Los Angeles Drama Critics Award and an Obie.
She was recently profiled in the New Yorker, Backstage and The Hollywood Reporter.
Most recently Susan and her producing partner, Carl Rumbaugh will be Co-Producers along side the Oscar Award winning producers of “AMERICAN BEAUTY” Dan Jinks and Bruce Cohen on the feature film “THE RIVALS.” “THE RIVALS” will star Nicole Kidman. Susan’s second feature project, “AMERICAN DARLINGS” will star Alicia Keys and Nicole Kidman. Susan will produce with her partner Carl Rumbaugh alongside the Oscar award winning producing team of “CHICAGO,” Craig Zadan and Neil Meron.
Batson was on the producing team of the hugely successful Broadway revival of “A RAISIN IN THE SUN.” She with her partner will produce on Broadway in the Spring of 2006 the very last play written by America’s great playwright, Tennesee Williams.

Vinz Feller
Writer/Director
Vinz Feller is an award winning writer, director and has produced several feature films and has directed commercials, corporate videos and narrative shorts. He most recently produced a feature film entitled “GLOW ROPES” starring Judy Reyes (NBC’s "SCRUBS"). Other feature producing credits include “REAL WITH ME”, a romantic comedy directed by Carl Ford and executive produced by Susan Batson.
Vinz has won many awards for his directing work including grants from The National Board of Review Of Motion Pictures (NBR), The Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Science (Regional Finalist, Student Academy Awards 2002) and The Swiss Department of Cultural Affairs.
“EVENTUALLY THERE” (2001), a film directed by Vinz won A Special Jury Award at the USA Film Festival, Best Film at the Pink Apple Film Festival and the Audience Award at the Swiss American Film Festival.
In addition his films have been screened at numerous film festivals world wide and premiered on Swiss National Television.
Vinz has worked as a 1st Assistant Director for renowned directors such as Stan Dragotti and in production on feature films such as “ROGER DODGER, “WHEN WILL I BE LOVED (J. Toback)” and many more.
Vinz has been a member of the National Board Of Review Of Motion Pictures since 2001 and is a recipient of the 2001 Family Rhodes Award for Outstanding Achievement in Film. Carl Ford
Producer
Carl Ford is founder and chairman of Black Nexxus Inc.—a production company and acting studio. As a co-founder of the acting studio Mr. Ford has had the pleasure of working with such luminaries as Brandy Norwood, Q-Tip, Pharrell, Ice-T, Tatum O’Neal and Shariff Adare. When Carl Ford isn’t sharing his real-world experience with his Black Nexxus students, he is continuing his work as an accomplished director, producer, writer and editor.
Mr. Ford’s directing film credits include "GENERATION X", a short form video documentary about the Million Man March; THE PRICE OF ADMISSION, distributed by Bravo; "A NEW YORK MINUTE," the most attended short film at the Angelika Film Center during the 1998 New York Independent Feature Film and Video Festival; "BARNONE," which screened at the LA Shorts Fest, BETJ and won best actress and best editing honors at the New York International Independent Film Festival; "MAYBE," which he won most original filmmaker at the Roxbury Film Festival and best short film at the Bronx Film Festival and screened at the NYIFF, African Diaspora Film Festival and BETJ. His feature film directorial debut, which he also co-wrote is called "REAL WITH ME". "REAL WITH ME" was completed in New York City February 2005 and is now screening at the NYIFFVM.
In addition to his film work, Mr. Ford and his postproduction team have edited Pay-Per-View concerts for artists such as Teddy Pendergrass, Ringo Starr and The Monkees. Carl has edited over five features including "COLD FEET" distributed by The Starz Network. Carl has produced and edited music videos for such labels as Sony, Motown and Rawkus Records. Mr. Ford has also directed for the theater. One of his credits is "FORT GREENE GROUP THERAPY" that was put up at the NBC theatrical space at the Here Theater. He has also produced and written two television pilots "BARNONE" and "SOUL OF FASHION" a fashion show pilot for BET. Mr. Ford has also worked as a producer and unit production manager on Miramax, Island Pictures, Orion Classics and Forty Acres and a Mule productions.
