Phase II
  • Investment:
    • 166 units of $ 15K are offered with a 120% return on investment plus profit participation. Adjusted Gross Proceeds from the exploitation of the picture shall be split 50 / 50 between Investors and Producers unit.
  • Financing Structure
    • Soft Money 10%-15% of overall budget—New York City Film Commission offers up to 15% tax credit for films shot in the five boroughs. Due to Vinz Feller’s dual citizenship we will also be eligible for European government financing.
    • Foreign Rights 40%-50% of overall budget—Due to the nature of the subject matter, talent and the increasing demand for multi-cultural indies management feels that we will be able to pre-sell foreign rights.
    • Production Company (i.e. Greenstreet Films) 10%-15% of overall budget---Due to the swell of co-produced and co-financed films management feels this level of co-production will expedite financing and distribution.
    • Independent Financing 20%- 40% of overall budget---Due to the poignancy of the piece and the issues that are examined management feels there are several independent resources.
